Cancel Order Policy

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by sending us an email at info@meetthebrownsapparel.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?
All shipped orders are final and are not eligible for cancellation. Please check our Return & Refund Policy page, and contact us should you wish to return the package.

I mistakenly put an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?
It is case-to-case basis. If your order has been processed, we cannot cancel it but we can modify the shipping address from our end without canceling the order. If the order has been shipped out, please contact us.
