How to use:

• Apply to damp hair and massage well.
• Rinse well and repeat. If possible leave on the scalp for about 3 minutes on your second shampoo to allow the scalp soothing ingredients to work.
• Rinse well.
• FOR BEST RESULTS after shampoo, apply ALFAPARF Semi di Lino Calming Tonic SCALP RELIEF Sensitive Skin 125ml directly to the scalp and massage in gently to help it absorb. Do not rinse off. We recommend applying the tonic 3 times a week for at least 4 weeks
